Specialized diets are eating patterns diagnosed for a specific disease state, condition, or dietary preference. If you're diagnosed with a disease state requiring a specialized diet such as Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Celiac Disease, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), hypertension, elevated cholesterol, high triglycerides or a food insensitivity we can walk you through how to best eat to manage these conditions. It can be very overwhelming to navigate these diagnoses on your own, but our dietitians are committed to helping you through it.

Intuitive Eating (IE) is a self-care framework for eating, integrating instinct, rational thought, and emotion. IE is weight inclusive, focuses on hunger and fullness cues, and rooted in evidence-based research. Together, we can work to give up dieting altogether, and achieve freedom from food. You're more than a number on a scale, and your worth is not dependent on how little space you take up. If you've struggled with feeling like your life is limited by food, or have had a diagnosed eating disorder, our dietitians can help. We're proficient in Intuitive Eating that will help you to improve body image, learn how to enjoy movement, and heal relationship with food.
DISORDERED EATING
Disordered eating is characterized by eating habits that are focused on weight loss, unsustainable diets, and poor body image. If you believe that you're struggling with disordered eating or are questioning whether you have an eating disorder, our dietitians can help you navigate these confusing thoughts, and heal your relationship with food.
FERTILITY & POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME
​PCOS, or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, is a condition in which a female over-produces male sex hormones, which can causes cysts on her ovaries, irregular periods, weight gain, excess hair growth, and acne. This condition can lead to fertility complications, making it much more difficult to get pregnant. A PCOS diagnosis can be very intimidating to navigate alone, especially when it's followed-up with the recommendation to lose weight. Research shows diets don't work. Our dietitians can help you make small changes in or daily habits, stress management, and self-love so you can regain a normal cycle and improve your fertility, without the pressure to lose weight.
PRE AND POST-NATAL NUTRITION
Pre- and Post-Natal nutrition is essential to ensure a healthy pregnancy for mom and baby. Sometimes, it can be difficult to gain weight, it might be scary to gain weight, or you're unable to eat during or after pregnancy due to your mental or physical state. You, your body, and your baby deserve to be fed. Nourishing yourself is one of the most important things that you can do to aid your baby's development before they arrive. We can talk through your goals and which foods you can focus on to best support you and your little one.
